as clarification to the whole DVD thingy, I'm not looking to re-sell the stuff for anyone's gain, just offering to make someone a backup of their own licensed copy. I don't intend to keep anything for myself, nor take in any personal gains from it. Just a kind offer to share some new electronic gizmo's I got.....

Copyright is copyright...No matter the reason!

Those Nutrition & Condition tapes aren't copyrighted.

Probably better call it off

As long as you have legally purchase the original copy, by law you are allowed to make copies or have duplicate copies made of copyright material for personal use. You can make or have backups made if that is your desire and it is not copyright infringement. It is illegal when you make copies and resell them or give them away.

basically what I was looking to do was make somebody a backup of their tapes cause I'm sure it would be a pain to have to buy the set again over some fluke accident. I didn't think it was illegal to backup, so long as you're not selling..... aside from that, there's plenty of better things to do and end up in jail than to go to the slammer for bootlegging tapes. but I'm a professional risk-dodger, so I'll just let the idea go by the wayside....

Nah, not at all. Sat around on Friday and rested up as the wife and I sat here on the computer and found a Holiday Inn across from Universal Studio's and left out Saturday for Orlando. Just got back lastnight. We had a blast. We were able to leave early and walk to Universal Studios, didn't have to pay parking, and was in line before the lines got long. Tickets online for Universal were: buy a two day ticket and get three extra days. So, you paid for a two day ticket, but got five total days at both Universal Studio's and Universal Island Adventure.

I have the Lardy videos. I would like to have a copy of them on DVD also if someone would make me a set. I am always thinking that the vcr is going to eat one of the tapes one day. That would be terrible. Can someone make me a copy of my tapes onto DVD? Send me a PM. Thanks.
