I'm looking for some feed back on a good trainer to send my lab to for training. Can anyone help me out?

I'm sure any on here mentioned are good. I got a recommendation on here for Clark Kennington. He's doing exceptionally well with my male. Went from first entry to HRC title in just 6 months. He's taking him to Grand in Alabama soon.

There are lots of really good trainers in our area. All that have been mentioned are pretty good. If you will tell us where you are located, we can probably put you onto someone close to you.

Adam Campbell over in Tuscaloosa Al would also be a great one that hasn't been mentioned yet.

All the trainers mentioned will do a nice job training a retriever. The weak link is usually the owner. Find a trainer that will help you learn to handle the dog. All the trainers I know are happy to do this. Many owners don't take the time to become competent handlers.

My analogy is this. Paying for a trained dog that you can't handle is like buying a custom rifle but not sighting it in.
