I am appalled that someone from East Mississippi would think so lowly of the spoonbill that most people from East Mississippi think so highly of.
Who knows where this picture came from?

With the graffiti and the cheap metal fixture on the left, I'm gonna hazard a guess and say...
a public bathroom wall.

Oh..... Was that too easy ??
Obviously it's from a bathroom but who recognizes where the bathroom is located? When I saw that someone had labeled the spoonbill a buzzard, I figured somebody from here might fess up to the crime?

Nope, I did not write that there, but I was in there when I came to Louisville back at the first of July.

Good memory. I'm impressed.
Figured it would be one of the locals who fessed up?

Brett Bookout the guy who opened it originally is a good friend of mine and I told him when they put that up it was the ugliest wallpaper I had ever seen. He sold it several years ago, actually sold it before I moved to Texas in 2010.
