I would have assumed that Auburn would be the best odds. Auburn is going to be incredible this year. They will have the best QB in the SEC, the best WR in the SEC, a solid run game and likely one of the best defenses in the SEC. Plus, they get Bama and Ole Miss at home.
I think the SEC comes down to Auburn, Bama and Ole Miss (assuming they get average QB play).
