Quote from Executive Summary, AHM report for 2004:

Based on this year's survey results of 8.36 million mid-continental mallards (traditional survey area plus MN, MI, WI), 2.51 milion ponds in Prairie Canada, and 1.11 million eastern mallards, the optimal regulatory choice for all 4 Flyways is the liberal alternative.

It's not a givance, but very strong indication! I'm just the messenger.

Good to hear! I have heard talk earlier that Arkansas may go with a 45 day season regardless if the flyway would have been given a liberal season or not. Any word about what Arkansas will do?

Chad, look at the fall flight forecast thread and tell me what you think about what we've been discussing. Is any of this possible?
