Remote Camera

Just checking to see if anyone here has any info on a waterproof and battery operated camera that is smaller than regular game camera.

My BIL is having people steal batteries and stuff from his well sites and needs to put up cameras but most areas are in open and a game camera will be way to obvious.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
