My truck got broken into last night and they got 3 guns and my camera and lens.
two of the guns are pretty unique so I'd appreciate yall being on the lookout.
they were my turkey guns.
all black NWTF remington 870 super mag with a sureshot stock, a gobble stopper scope and a jellyhead choke. here's the picture of it.
they also got my camo ruger red label over under with two turkey chokes in it.
both are 12 gauge.
they took my ruger LC9, which is a lost cause and my camera (canon 1d MK 2 and 100-400 canon ef lens), which just pisses me off.
be on the lookout if you don't mind.

thanks Kris. I feel all warm and fuzzy now.
It was at parham bridges. I had a late tennis match and put my guns in for this morning's hunt. I won't ever do that again. I even parked the truck right by the bleachers where people would be sitting.

A couple of years ago on the courts across the ditch we were warming up for a 6pm match. Between the time I walked from the bench to the fence someone busted out a window of an Escalade and was gone. No place out there is safe. That was in broad daylight with at least 50 people within eyesight of the vehicle and at least 10 people in that parking lot alone. I never heard the window bust either because of the traffic noise. Sucks man. I always carry my pistol to the court with me at that place or just leave it at home for that reason.

Happened to two of my friends that play there recently(within last few months). I hate to say it, but no place in Jackson city limits is safe. I try to avoid it like the plaque. I don't know why white people even go to that park anymore.

I also always park up on the grass close to the courts and never in the parking lot. But I'm sure it will happen to me eventually.

Had 3 teenagers try to steal or tennis bags off the court out there last year. They ended up running and grabbing stuff off the racks outside the store on there way out. I pull my truck up on the grass right beside the bleachers now when I play out there.

Not in the same place, but had a superintendents truck stolen off of North St in downtown Jackson last Friday at 1:28. Fom the time the getaway carput on their brake lights until the truck drove away was 27 seconds and the truck was locked! We have a acmera on the project, so we were able to see the vehicle, but most of the action was out of frame. Jackson PD called truck owner Monday to ask if he had heard anything!!!! I would have had to make something up at that point!!

Not a matter of if but when out there it appears. Another friend of mine had a little 6 yo AA girl come up under the bleachers and try to get her purse. She asked her what she was doing and the little girl said momma told me to come get this purse. Momma came and grabbed the girl and took off. Sorry folks out there.
Wish they would build a big tennis facility out on the Rankin side of the Rez with more courts than Bridges. It would stay packed I'm sure.
