http://www.40meatballs.com/ Spaghetti Warehouse,, that bread and garlic butter they bring out when you sit down is fine.
Neelys Interstate BBQ is great for lunch.. I think its the Third street exit, off OLD 240,, its just North of old 240 going west towards Arkansas.
Both places are pretty close to the river.

Ok. here's a bit of info
Commissary in Germantown for BBQ with a little class, Toms BBQ at Getwell and Raines or Cozy Corner for lunch and damn good BBQ too. DO NOT GO TO Tops BBQ, if you have to get a burger as their BBQ sucks).
Buckleys or The Butcher Shop for a good steak that won't break the bank.
Off the Hoof is a burger joint out in Arlington and is closed on Sundays.
You're not too far from Tunica and could slip down to the Blue and White for breakfast early one morning.

+ if your hungry for meat. Dont even bother going if your not hungry. Its basically a all you can eat meat, you get a card with green for go, or red for stop. Lets the guys know whether or not to ask if you want a slice of whatever. I think the cost is around 50-60 per person.
