Busted open/cracked hands fix for yall....

One thing that I dread every year is my hands and mainly the corners of my fingernails busting open from dry delta mud....well guys go get you a large box of disposable gloves and a good bottle/tub of skin moisturizer....every night before you go to sleep, drown your hands in the cream and have your wife put the gloves over your hands and sleep w them on. For hands that are cracked really bad it might take up to about 3 nights to repair them. If you do this for a couple of nights prior to hunting, they wont split over the weekend. I have found that about 3 nights a week will save yoy from suffering from these issues....Udder cream that dairy farmers use is about the best stuff out there...vets have it and you can probably buy it at co-ops....

Superglue is a good patch for the cracks around your fingernails. We have only had 6 days of the season so far but my hands are already a mess.
