What kind of blues do you like? I personally like the junior kimbrough one with him smoking a cigarette on the cover. It was actually an album of old recordings they found after he died but I think they make a cd of it now. He's the inspiration for a lot of the black keys music.

Albert King, Freddie King, Albert Collins. Stevie Ray Vaughan and Walter Trout for blues-rock. North Mississippi All-Stars. Just a few to get you started - there is so much good stuff out there.

x2 on Freddie,Albert, and Bonamassa, and vote for Derek Trucks, Gov't Mule. Last three or more blues-rock, but that Trucks can whale.

It's not blues but in case you've never listened or watched Prince before, wait till the end it's worth it.

Hooker's album "The Healer" is great
Lightening Hopkins two disk "Best Of" is good ole Tx blues
