I don't think he sells that exact model anymore. No joke, I think the Duck Commander company has partnered with them and now sell that exact headlamp with their logo.

It's on sale thru Amazon right now for not much more than it used to be. It says 180 lumen, but I have to wonder whether the original headlamp was ever 300 lumen. It came from China for super cheap, so it's not like there was a testing committee making sure it was 300 lumens.

This is another headlamp I'm wanting. Not much more than the old one and supposedly 1800 lumens and rechargeable.

I also have about a dozen of these around the house and in my truck and they are the bomb:

Lastly, these ones appear to be the same as the original, but no promises:

+1 Great light...I gave the other ones away after getting these....only negative is it only last about 45 minutes before it needs charging.

Well I guess I'll have to dive in a get one now that I know they are worth it. I've been on the fence. Let me know when you find the better batteries to go with it.

I ordered this one and it came in today. Did your's come with batteries? Mine didn't, which leads me to my next question. What batteries did y'all buy/have you found to work well?

Says it does not include batteries from what I read in the details. I was going to order as well but was looking to see now after you posted this

I ordered one from a guy on Jackson craigslist. Adjustable beam, rechargeable. He always runs the ad. It was $35 but it is super bright. I will try to find the ad

I bought this headlight about a month ago and I love it. Its bright and it seems like it is made pretty good, and it’s pretty cheap.

No feedback on good batteries for this particular light?

I'm looking at 18650 batteries. Some come with and some come without protection. Those with protection are a little longer. Any idea which you have or which fits?
