Well after a few years of hunting with my bow, a few misses and a few hits and no finds (rage to the shoulder twice (2 P&Y's)), I finally killed a good buck with my bow this past Friday. 20 and 3/4" wide 6 pt with 9" G2's. A trophy 6 if ever I've seen one

. It's only my second deer with a bow and I couldn't be more pumped. I actually killed my first on opening day this year also. I finally broke the curse and have felt a little less pressure ever since because I got that first one out of the way. Was a little shakey when first saw him but was overall suprisingly calm when I shot him. He walked out into a food plot of ours broad side at 25 yds around 6:30. Waited for that front shoulder to step forward and put a good shot on him. He only ran about 80 yds.
Came back after him about an hr later with my dad and cousin and celebrated the whole way back through the next day. Gotta drink to the kill after a deer like that right?
I'm like most on here and don't have a photo account but if somebody would post them up for me I'd be glad to email or text a photo or two.
