MS River boating accident/prayers

Postby munyoz70 » Mon Sep 16, 2013 7:28 am

I got a text late last night telling me about a boating accident in the river. I dont know all of the details but apparently two guys in a boat hit a barge in the river. One is in critical condition the other was still missing as of last report I have. They are from Sikeston, MO greater area. My bud is the one MIA. He was experienced on the river, an avid hunter and just a hellava guy. This hits home with alot of us on how dangerous the river is. Please keep all involved in your prayers, we all know how severe this situation is. Please pray for a miracle and also the familes involved.

Happened in New Madrid about twenty miles up river from here. I haven't heard any details that weren't more than rumors. Did one of the guys go to state?
