2007 500 foreman shifting issue

2007 500 foreman shifting issue

My foreman, manual shift, is having issues switching from 1st to second and 3rd gears. Once in the gear it seems fine and there is not any grinding noise while driving on flat surface. It popped out of gear when I was trying to climb hill. Anyone had this trouble or know anything about this?
How cummas da rectums' bites off da turrrud but ain't got no toofies????
