dang coons

is it legal to trap/kill coons even though it's out of season if they are ransacking/dsetroying my bird feeders. they are costing me roughly 35 dollars a week in freakin bird seed and have chewed my dang feeders up. i looked on mdwfp and they aren't listed as a nusiance animal in the regulations. so wasn't to sure of the proceedures.
