quick hunt 4.6.13 (with video)

This is why I love this dump. We have a turkey competition and I'm paired with Jdbuckshot. We had never met before, but decided to get together on a turkey hunt this spring and this morning was the perfect morning.
Jim heard this bird yesterday morning and we set up on him early. On cue, he hammered on the limb 200 yards away 10-15 times and his hens started cutting up between us and him. We let him know we were there and got his hens really interested in us and waited. We heard him hit the ground and he gobbled once or twice, then went silent. We saw his hens pitch down around 6:45, and at 6:50, we see them at 40 yards coming in. He comes in strutting and Jim stopped him at 33 yards. The rest is history. It probably took more time to type this than it did to kill this bird.
Here's the video. It's short because, like I said, he was on us before we knew what to do.
Thanks again, Jim. That turkey definitely read the script.
