Caruthers marine in Vocksburg did me right, that was years ago but they were the cheapest then.
Life is to short to only fish on weekends

why would you ever buy an alum boat new? The engine i understand, somewhat?

If you plan on keeping your rig for a while and want it set up a certain way, why not? I bought, customized, and sold several used boats before buying a new rig.
