some wildlife officers spotted him driving, he opened fire and ran. they have him cornered in cabin with chopper cameras on it; shouldn't be much longer.

i imagine he goes down in flames.

Reports are saying that he may have taken his own life. The cabin he is held up in is burning up. Looks like the LAPD is making a run to the nearest store to get some marshmallows!

Exactly, they are showing it burning up and they reported they will not go anywhere close to it. They did slip up and say police put gas inside the house somehow and then it caught on fire.

Problem I keep hearing is they can not confirm he is in there or not, but yet 2 sheriffs were shot by someone from inside the house. He was in tactical gear which blended in with the search teams. He was only 300 yards from where his truck was found burnt. He is positioned inside a cabin within 100-150 yards from the police post where all conferences and everything were being held.

Sounds like he wanted them to come to him right there where he was in control of things.

reported police asked him 1 time to come out, no response. So they busted out all windows in cabin, still no reponse. Started to knock down the walls to get closer, no reponse. Then put tear gas or another form of gas inside the house and heard a single gun shot and house caught on fire. That was it

So they still can not confirm it is him or not. Found some of his property in San Deigo in a garbage can, found his military ID or ID outside an airport on the side of a street. Possible spotting in Mexico.

CNN is already finger pointing at the way the cops handled the standoff and lack of fire contol. Dude is still smoldering for crying out loud...gimmie a break...glad hes dead and now folks in the area can go on with thier lives without fear of being car jacked, kidnapped, or shot...another burn out that burned out
