I have 2 friends and customers that wanted to get in Beaver Dam, the only viable openings was in a blind that Eric (SFDelta1) supposedly had control over. After speakng w Eric myself I concluded he was over-charging them but if they were willing to pay extra for Eric to hunt for cheap that was their choice. I told them what the price should be and not to trust Eric but if they were going to proceed then do so with caution. That was in July and they sent a check to Eric that was deposited or cashed. Well fast forward to Saturday night, both friends get a text that Eric is in hospital in Jonesboro and the lease fell thru...he will have their $ back to them this Friday. So no lease for them this year and as of today no $ returned. To say I am pi$$ed would be an understatement! I spoke with Bobby Gookin (manger of BD) and he told me Eric bounced a check to him or 2 and didnt show up a couple times w/ Money order he was promising. So finally he gave him a deadline of Nov 1st which wasnt met and he leased it to someone else. I post this for no other reason than to recommend if you have any dealings with Eric or SFDelta1 run as fast as you can he is as dis-honest as the day is long! There is way more to this story that I wont post for time reasons, but there is no excuse for this type of behavior!

Yea your quote is how I look at politics, but thats another subject. I gave them a heads up and they arent mad at me but I can say that they both have plenty of $ if Eric doesnt pay up by Friday they will pay whatever it cost to make sure he cant afford pay attention when this is over. One of them has a lawyer on retainer and its the principle of it now! But they are gving him til Friday and if he pays up they will leave it be and take as a lesson learned if not ... keep the popcorn a poppin and I will update you as it goes on.

And people jumped on my case about my dealings with Eric!!!!!! Heck I almost got banned over mine!
He had already paid the lease in beaverdamn once I didn't lease to his group. If you talked to the head guy then you know more right now. He has 3 buddies on here he runs with that are in the lease with him. I know they rebuilt the blind or did a lot of work to it. Same thing he did with y'all he tried on me and I figured it out quick. Charge others high as crap to cover him and 1-2 of his buddies cost at the same time. Call him a ring leader I guess. I know he does guides over there also in his blind, his Facebook page.
He does have a attorney buddy he hunts with also. That's his side kick I guess you could say.

How much was he charging for them if you don't mind me asking. I know how much his blind is over there and curious.

I dont know what your talking about exactly but I never got on anyones case! He's got a particular friend that has Bobby's ear and thats the only reason he had a blind out there in the 2nd place. I think we have the same feelings about Eric...he full of crap!

Everyone got on my case as well with the calling him out on the whole boat motor deal a few years back..... that was my lesson learned but sure am glad it wasnt to the extent of the lessons im hearing of now!!!

Not that it would happen, but maybe all the threads should be compiled into one and then made a sticky....

There are plenty of them! I wish he would get on here and try to defend himself! Maybe his buddy Big Ben will get on here and stand up for him, he vouches for him everywhere else!
