I've been trying to get a track hoe in to do some work for me for at least a month. After this past week, it is as urgent as ever! All that rain sure did mess me up. Add a beaver problem to it, and it starts to become miserable. Just better than 5.5" where I didn't need it.
I'm ready for a little sunshine and some drying action!

I would use Jap millet on a mud flat. Jap millet is a lot more toleratent of wet conditions that browntop. Will browntop work on a mud flat? Don't know. I've never heard of anyone planting it on mud before.
Okie, where are you located? I would guess outside of MS. I'm curious to know what the price for browtop and Jap millet is if you are located outside of MS.

I too had a track hoe working last week. Dug out several beaver dams and ditches. Wasted money after this rain. Going to have to go through the process to buy dynamite. Have not bought any since the restrictions and such have been put in place. Anyone know what all you have to do? Used up my last two green sticks back in the spring.
Are we gonna get wet?
SWAG,
You will need to get a license from ATF. I was told it was about a 60 day turn around.
I was told you had to have two seperate steel boxes built to specs before they would sale you the product. The boxes are for transportation and costly. They look like they can be built by someone with welding skills.
