So are the only delusional fans in Mississippi Ole Miss fans?

I think we saw last night there are quite a few "Delusional" fans down south too

I honestly haven't seen any. I saw a lot of people from all over the world showing their support for their team, and thats a very good thing regardless of how you spin it, but I didn't hear a single person anywhere pick MSU to win. Not one. Believing its possible and predicting it are two different things.

I really did not. What I did see is a lot of Mississippi fans trolling me on FB all day. It was pitiful. Nobody I talked to anywhere picked MSU to win that game. I did see a ton of support from the MSU fanbase stating they "Believe", meaning they believe their team can pull an upset. Hell, if you think you have zero chance, why even show up and play the damn game?

All I know I was not trolling on the book. Only real thing I posted never seen a drive last over 8 mins 16 plays 102 yds worth of offense cover 97 yds and not score a point.

What do you see State going in their next 4 games. Me personally it depends if Mullen will get them back up this week. That was a hard defeat last night. Went from being undefeated and lots of hype to completely demoralized. I figure they go anywhere from 1-3 to 2-2. Which by all standards for any Mississippi school 8-4 or 9-3 is good

My delusion tells me Ole miss gets to 7-5

I wasn't talking about you. In fact, I enjoy debating these topics with you because you don't act like a damn kid. I think MSU finishes 9-3. Mississippi 6-6 or 7-5.

I'm the one just going on and on about me being delusional.

I will say I was not in the delusional camp at the start. All I wanted was progress. I was actually just hoping for four wins. I honestly thought UTEP was going to be awfully problematic for us. I should call myself the "ecstatic rebel"

I may not know those particular ones but I know plenty.

I will say this though. After all the rhetoric I heard spewed in my office this year I will have fun tomorrow you can bet on that. I was the idiot who said I thought the D line was soft. I was the local idiot when I didn't agree with 10-2. I was the idiot when I said anything about Ole Miss winning any games.

Bright and early in the office in the A.M. The song of the day will be a certain little hit by Journey played through the speakers. Of course I guess I will still be the idiot because Arkansas laid an egg

I guess I'm truly an idiot

The beating that we took last night showed me that I may have been a little delusional about our chances. I don't have words for what happened in Tuscaloosa last night.

I did, however, post after the Tennessee win that I expect us to lose 3 games this year and that I would consider a 9-3 record a banner year. I think we're in pretty good shape going forward.

I believe...

that after last week no state fan should EVER EVER EVER EVER call any other fan "delusional." I am not an Ole Miss homer at all, but all sense of reality had left 90% of the state fans. I heard some talking about national championship. They had already beaten bama in their mind and were talking about beating LSU at baton rouge.

It is great to be a fan of a team. You pull for them win or loose, but to lose all sense of reality only makes you look ignorant.

I must be one if the 10%, so I can still call folks delusional.
