Needing to upgrade my phone and looking at going to the iphone 5. Im currently with cspire and have not been pleased with their service. Im toying with the idea of switching to verizon. What are the pro's and con's?

Verizon or ATT, alot of people are going to bail on Cspire since they loss their tower agreements with Verizon and cant get signal all over like they used to. Depending on where you travel, in some areas ATT is stronger than Verizon and vice versa, so check with others like you are doing now. For instance, my co-worker traveled from H/burg to San Antonio, He has Verizon, his wife ATT, he said that on most of the trip she had a stronger signal than he did even in the S/A area,,go figure, its squirrely sometimes.

my lil brother is on ATT and around where we live his service is crap so "GayT&T" as he calls it is out. Verizon is lookin more and more like the winner

I just switched from Cspire to verizon because i did not have service at home. With Verizon i now have 3g at home.

are you happy with the switch overall? im also not sure how much data to get, the plan im on now with cspire is unlimited...how much data do yall normally use in a month?

I am happy so far. I just switched saturday so not had it long enough to really tell. I got 6gb for me and my wife to share.

I tried CSpire back in November and the coverage stunk in NW TN. Verizon was the ticket for me. You gotta check with folks that are in your coverage area to be sure.

I have gone from cellular south to AT&T now I'm with Verizon since Nov. last year. Verizon tops the other two.

I have had Verizon when it was still alltel. Prolly have had it for like 10 years I love Verizon. Now there are places that I lose service but most of time no company has service. I have a Cspire work phone and half the time I have to use my personal phone. I think you'll like version.

I have Verizon for phone and wifi. It's hard to beat.

Sorry for the hijack but does anybody know if Verizon will work for chit behind the levee in Bolivar County? I would consider switching but that is a must

Find a local Verizon store. I bet they will you let you have a test phone. They are loving all these cspire customers switching over.

Switched to Verizon from Cspire. No more dropped calls, much better phone selection. Yea a little more expensive but your
phone actually works.

TODO, I had a verizon phone and it worked pretty well at the hunting club. I hate this CSpire coverage now. Its terrible in north louisiana.
