Want to own a TX ranch?

Saw this online thought some of you boys might want a little piece of property to hunt on in TX. $985/acre is hard to beat!

Probably just a bunch of Rocks and Sage Brush....Like something out of the Lonesome Dove movie..

Ive been out that way....I'll pass. Mesquite bushes, rocks and rattlesnakes. Their land grazes cattle at 1 cow per 20-30 acres of land versus our 1-5 cows per acre.

You better get a Heck of a rain season to go 5 per acre...

Guess what I have a buddy that has smashed ducks on that ranch where Lonesome Dove set is/was. If you have water on any of those places hold on to your hat cause your gonna kill limits everyday!

I've heard that before and Doves are the same. They just surround the water holes and melt the barrel.

dang i just short of it in cash, and i hate to liquidate anything, then the gubment would start getting its grubby hands on it, guess i'll just have to pass and let some holly wood type or oil man take it
