anyone know where I can get a few with a lid on them? I don't want the little blue plastic ones from the co-op

bonehead has a guy in brandon that has (or at least used to have) both plastic and metal drums (pop-top or bung hole). food grade contents, originally.
Experience is a freakin' awesome teacher...

The Rankin County Coop had metal drums with a top last year. I'm sure they still do

Try Luvell Dairy. They'll let you have some for next to nothing. Its also interesting to see what chemicals go into milk that are delivered in 55 gallon drums.

They have a couple of locations in the state I believe.
