Nevada Barr Books

Has anyone read Hunting Season by Nevada Barr? If so, is it any good?

I actually just bought this last weekend but I have only gotten to page thirty or so. A lot of details so it was kind of boring me.

Started last night and got about 45 pages in. Seems like it will be pretty good. I have already read her other book that is also set in Mississippi, Deep South. Not my favorite mystery writer but I like the outdoor/national park themes.
