Speaking of Duck Ninjas

Postby bigoak » Thu Apr 12, 2012 2:05 pm

Anyone been watching any high school baseball? Now instead of putting eye black under their eyes, they are smearing it all the way down the side of their face. Now we have baseball ninjas.

I remember doing it and using a Louisville Slugger Warrior bat.

Guess I am late to the party. Now that I have a kid in Dixie Youth I am paying attention to baseball again. Not a fan of the black face painting.

Yep, that's the team I was generally thinking about as well. The Warren Central guys had a few that did it as well.

the old matte finish Warrior that was black/silver...best bat ever made! I still have one of the rare 32.5/29.5 sizes.

a lot of the catholic school or church based private schools around here do a cross on their face, and they get pretty artistic with it...like the straight line under the eye being the cross bar and a straight line going down the cheek...it's actually pretty inventive and cool looking I think, given the nature of their teams association

sounds like a much better idea than "murdering out" one's face, but how do you get artistic out of two straight lines making a cross?
