Racism. Took my little girl to the park here in Louisville today to play for a while. We had been there a few minutes when another group of kids ranging 3-13 came up and started playing and cussing and th 13 yr old girl was pretending to pole dance on the merry go round. I politely asked them to stop cussing around my little girl, they all laughed and kept on so I then asked their mom to do something about it, she told the, tom quit but didn't do anything about it. A few minutes later she walked over and made them all apologize, which I was very impressed with. She then told whoever she was on the phone with that she didn't know why these GD kids thought they had to cuss all the mother f****in time. So I asked her again to please quit cussing around my child.
Here is where it gets good. She proceeded to call ,e every name in the book and told me that I needed to learn my place, that slaves days were over, we have a black President, andshe can say any f***ing ing she wants whenever she wants. I then called the police because I was about to lose my cool and she already had. The officer arrived and all her kids ran up to him calling himq Uncle ________. he never even got out of his car. Told me that shi* was not really a cuss word and I should just try to stay on the opposite side of playground.
Sorry for long post but more frustrated than ever.

I would have asked for a supervisor after talking to the first cop.
No, actually I would have lost my cool and she would have know exactly what I thought about her, all the free money (I mean kids) she had with her and her president.
I'm sick and tired of this I'm black, whitey owes me bs.

maybe so, but try to get a profanity charge to stick in small town ms...where "uncle _____" is an authority figure.
....especially in a town that has had a kkk march roll through, in the last 20-25yrs...somewhere around 1989 or 1990...maybe it was older than their generation can remember, but the previous generation sure does and has passed the disdain on down.
