Dog food question for older lab

My lab male will be 11 this May and he's still in good shape and health. I haven't hunted him nearly as much the last 2 seasons b/c I lost my lease. His weight is fine but I'm wondering if the formulation I'm giving him is too strong for what he needs. I notice the "mature" or senior blends advocate less protein and fat.

Currently feeding him 26/16 of a leading brand with chicken, chicken meal as the first 2 ingredients. I feed him once a day..at night.
