Cspire: Samsung Galaxy S Showcase or Motorola Milestone X?

Postby Natty » Tue Jan 10, 2012 9:45 am

I'm switching to Cspire and was wondering if any of you had these phones. If so, which one would you recommend? First time to have a smart phone so I know nothing about them. Thanks!

for exmaple you could kill a 4 greenheads (two banded), a mallard/black cross, and a mallard/gaddy cross and smash a hot blonde on the way back to the ramp and call it a hell of a day
and THAT is a duck hunt.

huge fan of the Galaxy, cracked the screen really bad on mine two weeks after buying it and it has held up great despite the screen, they are durable, get great reception in the delta, have been able to stream music and video in every spot i have hunted the past two years in MS

I had the galaxy s for a year and after a few months it gave me nothing but problems. It would open something totally different than what you clicked on and I found myself having to restart and take the battery out very often. I would try the motorola or the iPhone

we(cspire) have alot of people come in with issues on the galaxy, its not a bad phone, we should be getting the galaxy s2 around feb or march...

There are some little tips and tricks you can learn about the galaxy though, and also be sure to update the software on the galaxy... You can bring the phone in with a %90 battery charge on it and we can update it for you, the 2.1 and 2.2 software is buggy so def get us to update it after you buy it to 2.3.

Milestone, not a big fan of it, phone is slow and buggy.

My suggestion is to get the iphone 4s. just my thoughts though...

and dont forget to get an otterbox!! :D

Yeah, I like the iPhone 4s, but not the price. The Galaxy was something like 50 and the Milestone was 30.

I switched to Cspire in October, my first smart phone experience. Started with the Galaxy S and the signal was bad. Went to my camp and sometimes had servce sometimes I did not. Switched to the Milestone and it has had service everywhere I go, all over the south delta. Easy to use too. Go with the Moto you will like it.

Well I know this is not what you asked but I would get the IPhone over any Android.

Agree, swype is the shiznit, and the new voice recognition stuff for the Android, like Siri for iPhone, is fan-freakin-tastic

Motorola. I have had a Galaxy S for a month and do not like it at all. I have to navigate through a million screens just to find one app.
