GRHRCH Katie's Little Tex, MH 11/20/02-01/04/12

Postby Chuck McCall » Fri Jan 06, 2012 8:15 pm

Champ passed away yesterday afternoon. I received this shocking news yesterday afternoon from his owner Jeff Esnard. I hunted with Champ just this past Tuesday. He looked like a 3 year old running thru those rice fields. It sure looked like he had many more hunts ahead of him,

Champ had an incredible hunt test career passing 7 grands.....

2005 Wisconsin as a 2 year old( Youngest dog to pass)
2006 Louisiana for his title.
2007 Texarkana
2008 Georgia and Iowa
2009 Union City
2011 Grenada.

He was one of the nicest dogs I have ever laid my hands on. His pups are carrying on his legacy with Striker, Delta, Missy, Libby, Vadar, Lucy as present and future Grand dogs.
No doubt in my mind he is waiting at the rainbow bridge....Bouncing up and down of course.

Thanks Jeff for giving me the opportunity to train and handle this exceptional dog.
