Franny, i just saw this and seems through the powerof prayer Casey is improving. I am sending some more his way.

I want to say there are some of the best right here on ducksouth. And hundreds of people across the country have prayed for Casey and his recovery. Mickey came home 2 days ago, and he was able to call Casey on the cell and put him on loud speaker so I could hear him talk. He said he had been praying for a drink of water and God had answered his prayer. I could not help crying when he told me that he received a food tray, the first in over 3 weeks. My daughter and I were able to tell him during that phone call about all the prayers that had been sent up for him. He is so much better and we are forever grateful to everyone for your continued efforts to pray for him when things were so bad and we almost lost our boy. I believe without a doubt that it lifted him up and saved him and we will continue to have Casey in our lives for years to come. We are looking forward to going back this coming weekend to be able to hold his hand again and hug him. I can only say that I hope it pays forward to all. God Bless each one here.

Please let her know Casey is going home late this week. He's not able to walk right now, but will go in a wheelchair. We are so thrilled and thankful it's been 5 weeks, Casey's pretty tired of that place. Here's a picture I've been hoping to see.

I am a mother of three so I know it's tough. Prayers sent.
