Actually you are more than welcome to call. I can't keep up with everyone on the updates so what I do is go thru my recent calls list on my phones and try to cover everyone. If someone drops from the list I may miss them. But your are all welcome to call.

Update!

I have gotten an upper chest cold, sore throat, runny nose so I can't visit. You would think it would kill me not to go and see her but it's kinda funny how the inherent parental desire to protect her takes over. My personal need to visit her does not outwiegh my need to protect her from my chest cold. It actually gives me a chance to get caught up on all that is left behind and undone while living at the hospital.

She is doing pretty well. Docs are still pleased. Her lung xrays look better versus 3-4 days ago. She is still on ventilator and we had hoped to be done with that by now. Docs says they would really like to see her off the vent by next week and right now they think that is highly likely.

She is also getting a full feeding now.

She had two brain bleeds but they have completely absorbed and are of no consequence.

She also has not had an infection as of yet.

That's the latest......

I'm working some now since I'm sick and can't visit...So I will have some Net access and will keep you posted of the good and the bad (praying for the good!!).

Get some rest, she and Mom need you to get over that crud that is keeping you from your visits.

That is great news Troy... for Baylee....you on the other hand--who cares! As jsherwin stated, the wife and I are praying for your family daily. Take care of yourself by taking your meds and drinking plenty of liquids like a good little boy and get well soon! Like gator mentioned, I have been hesitant to call and add another name to your call back list. So I have been trying to keep up with the Baylee's progress thru Travis and via this thread. Cant wait to see the first pic of Baylee. tony
