It's also "funny" how all the reports of the malfunctions were switching votes from Waller to Reeves.... Doesn't appear to be too random as it seems to be more one sided. So i guess since only 16 or 19 cases were brought to light those votes wouldn't have mattered so lets just move on nothing to see here
Yeah, that’s what I’m worried about.

At my polling place you fill in an oval like a standardized test and a machine scans your ballot. Nothing shows up on the screen that shows what you voted for and you don’t get any kind of receipt or any acknowledgment of who you voted for.

BS.

I wonder how the election commission can declare a winner when it's proven that there were machines changing the votes to Tate. No telling how many votes were changed but went unnoticed?? What say yall

I have a call into the SOS election folks, the attorney's are supposed to call me back with the answer.......
^^^And have you heard back from the SOS yet? Or are they just assuming that you will pay no attention to the man behind the curtain?^^^

I'm not paranoid or anything, but what's your angle? (Said as I reach for my tin foil hat.)

And for the record, the machines at my poling place are just like the ones for Wildfowler. Slide your ACT test page into the 'scanner', watch the screen animation as it tells you that you voted, and that is it. No notice as to who you voted for. No receipt. Nothing. Unless you want to count the little sticker the old man gives you as you walk out the door as a "receipt."
Nobody owes you anything.

Well of course they didn't call me back, but I did however call them back and spoke to an attorney. She said there was only two confirmed machines that were "miscalibrated" and they were corrected within minutes. As for the scantron type machines and you getting a receipt for your ballot and verifying who you actually voted for, sorry...you have to trust us. They verified all those machines last year and made sure they actually cast the ballot for the correct candidate.

Move on...nothing to see here

It would suit me just fine if we were required to put a blue ink thumbprint on our ballots.

It’s the only way to be sure.

At least the paper ballots can be re-counted. If something went wrong with an individual machine it could lose all its stored data.
