You get their kids some quality education. You keep their roads pothole free and their fire trucks on call 24/7.
Dont do that, guess what happens, here they come. And they commin buddy.
Congratulations on causing a political firestorm with greed ignorance and refusal to respect science.
Education, potholes, fire trucks- not the federal government’s job. The other stuff you posted, just dumb ad hominem that has no bearing in the discussion. Typical lefty drivel.

Yep well as much as you just don't want to look around at the successful democratic capitalistic governments, all of them have a service backbone that SOME people insist on labeling as socialist. All of them. There are a variety of reasons why many services are best taken care of by govt but if I had to name just one it would be unbridled greed.
So like it or not, privatization of all things does not work, look around the world, is anyone running a successful govt like that? NOPE
Because it doesn't work and everybody already knows it except these righty nut jobs in America.
BUT, what you have to do, is keep the corruption out of the system, and right now, it is about as corrupt as it gets.
That's because rich people are running it and looking out for themselves with your tax dollars.
We have to fix the election system or none of this is every going to change.
I hope it doesn't take a full scale depression and revolution for that to take place.

If you refuse to discuss my data can we at least “discuss” your data?
The very chart you put up only shows the total debt Obama racked up at the end of 2009, and it shows the total debt racked up by his predecessors during their entire term of office.
Of course George Bush 43 racked up more debt during all eight years of his presidency than Obama did during his first year.
Please re-read your chart and see if it really matches what you said claimed?
YoBenny wrote:And you can stop blaming Obama for the debt problem too, his predecessor eclipsed obama and clintons predecessor eclipsed him as well. It's not democrats that rape the debt ceiling, it's the GOP. And they just did it AGAIN.
How in the world could you possibly come to this conclusions based on that information?
This chart does simply not illustrate what you said above. Did you think I would not notice your chart skews the information the way it does? I’ve told you on two separate occasions in this thread that I am not an idiot.
I would like to discuss the facts you presented in this chart above or the facts I showed you a little while ago that you said were bull chit and refused to acknowledge.
I’ll let you provide the information. Can you please find the total amount of debt accumulated by the last half-dozen presidents and let’s have a discussion.
I’ll give you Clinton. There was this little thing called the dotcom boom that occurred during his presidency that was tremendously beneficial to the country regarding its growth and increased tax revenues.

I quit reading when you mentioned privatization...because I didn’t say those things should be privatized. I merely pointed out that it’s not the FEDERAL government’s job. If it is, SHOW ME where in the constitution it says it.

And a Republican controlled congress who forced him to balance the budget

I’m just trying to get one bullet point at a time. Haha
I hoped Obama would have played ball so that he too could have left office with some sort of decent legacy but he chose the path he chose.

This article seems to explain somewhat where the money went for the debt rise under Obama.

Well I've read two more articles about this and pinning that debt on Obama and some wild spending spree is just ridiculous but of course par for the course of the hateful right.
Oh and by the way, debt has gone up not down since Trump has been in office, about $660 billion.
Since the GOP gave the people who have all the money a huge tax break, it is doubtful that it will go down no matter what Trump does.
Here is a tool where you can research every penny and where it went.

What sort of affirmative action BS is this?
Obama was behind the wheel, yet somehow his policies didn’t rack up the additional debt that was tabulated?
I really want to understand this concept, can you please help a guy out and provide some details?
Thanks.
