Google "4chan rules of the internet". 4chan is an imageboard. It's English, but has a lot of asian influenced stuff on there - boards for anime and stuff. /b/ is their random board - anything goes there (within the law, they have turned in folks for kiddie porn, for example).

It's not my cup of tea but a lot of the internet meme's get started there.
