Not sure if this link will work. Public notice P13-002, section H #6 "Racing of boats, or opreration of boats to give the appearance of racing is prohibited..... and sec. H #7 "No boat shall operate in a loud, annoying manner as to disturb others.... this public notice was adopted Dec. 13, 2007.

Can we get an ammendment to ban straight pipes on northeast Jackson pickups. There are several dozen window rattling Chevys with private school stickers that race around shakin my teeth loose. Trucks now, SD Later.

I was behind the SUCK IT boat friday morning and also directly behind the 71 hp mud motor. I've got a gator tail which I just put a performance exhaust system on this week. I is louder but it does have mufflers, gave it the extra low end power I hoped for in the thick stuff. This wasn't on the boat opening weekend but some of y'all prolly heard me stuck for 30 minutes friday morning. I don't wish to piss people of, just needed that low end power.

I feel your pain, opening morning we had some jackazz show up, sliding in behind us at 6:00 within 70yds.., cut his motor off then at 6:15 recrank it and rev it for about 5 more...we were yelling at him to shut it off...you're flaring the birds..

His response was "Shut the "F*#& up>" upon which we got peppered.

I not sure the Castle Law would encompass public lands but I think I'd have gotten a bit closer and shot back in self defense. It's just a damn shame that public hunting has come to this.
A few jacka$$es are gonna ruin it for everyone. I guess EVERYONE would like to have a draw instead. That way everyone can get to the ramp and draw for a spot. The ones lucky enough to get a draw will be told where they can and can't hunt and the ones that don't draw can go home and watch Captain Kangaroo

Heck they didn't receive a cussing from us until after the peppering...even though they was messing up our hunting
