Snow Goose are good. I DO NOT understand why people stick their nose up and holler "THEY'RE GREASY"! Well, that just means their not dry, they're JUICY!! IF you cook a breast right, it tastes like a Steak!!! Nothing better than duck bites merinated in your favorite merinade a holapeener on top and wraped in bacon and grilled to medium!! SSSLURP!!!!!
