This afternoon, my brother goes to the doctor for evaluation to see if the halo comes off. Everybody seems to think that it will, but we're just holdin' our breath until it does. We don't wanna jinx anything. Thanks to all of y'all for keeping him and the rest of our family in your prayers.
Once I hear from him, I'll post the prognosis. Thanx again.

THANK GOD ALMIGHTY! THE HALO IS OFF!!!
Ok, now I can relax a bit.
I just got off the phone with Mike, and he said that he has 6 weeks with a neck brace and then he will be completely free. (He sent a picture of him in the neck brace, and I gotta tell ya' that THAT is the prettiest picture I have ever seen.
)
Thanks again to everyone who has been praying for him. We all greatly appreciate it.

Ok everybody,
First off, I want to thank all of you for your prayers and concern for my brother and the rest of our family. We have truly had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
This afternoon, My brother Mike sent me a text message saying that the Rehab doctor told him to “use good judgment in driving.†So he has taken it to mean that he is cleared to drive.
He still has the neck brace, but it looks like everything is A-Okay on the healing front. Thank you again, for all of your prayers.

Hey that is great news. I know your mom will be thrilled to get everyone healed and back to normal.

Ok. First of all, I really want to thank each and every one of you who have been praying for my brother and the rest of my family. We really appreciate it more than you know. We also know that some of you have been getting others to pray for him, and we are grateful for that as well.
Now. Y'all ain't gonna b'lieve this, BUT! Effective Sunday, Mike is scheduled for flight duty with no restrictions. This means that he is BACK ON THE JOB AND BACK IN THE AIR!

Thank God Almighty for answering our prayers!
