I was one of the members at the lease in Crowder that Eric was the head of.
He took money from us that was specifically for gas so we would have heat...didn't get filled.
He claimed that he never received enough money to cover the lease payment so he used the gas money to cover it. I call BS on that!
He never paid to have the garbage hauled off.
Now as far as Ben Fergerson, I think he is an outstanding guy that is true to his word and will do anything for anybody. Just a nice guy that unfortunately has a friend that some people think makes Ben guilty by association.
He's the guy that brings the sick puppy home and gives it love...on the other hand, its sometimes better off to lead them out into the woods and then move on.

Just an update, no $ as of now. He still is answering their phone calls and speaking with them which is a suprise to me, but thats the case.

I will say the biggest con-artist I have ever dealt with (and by no means am I sayin Eric is a con-artist) claimed to be a preacher. He would come up with stories so outrageous I thought they had to be true and if I called wanting my $ he always answered. He would even go so far as to stop by my office just to tell me he saw my vehicle and wanted to let me know he hadn't forgot about me and he would bring some $ by next week or Friday! (which I never saw)

I see where he was on here November 23rd. Wonder why he didn't defend himself. Always seemed pretty outspoken to me.

What he did cant be defended! Though everytime he talks w/ either of my friends he says something about someone bashin him on the internet to them. They asked me what hes talking about and I told them he has a pretty extensive list of people he has "failed to do as promised with" so when it happens it seems to have become a joke of sorts.

For those that feel I am being to harsh please let me know, I am just putting out what I know about the situation hoping Eric will try and make it right.

Keep speaking the truth. Keeps this place interesting. If it is associated with him, there is probably some BS going on!!

I can confirm that! For his sake I am glad things were gonna get messy. I am still a bit shocked it ever happened, but at least they got their money. I'll let them hunt with me.
