yea... just got off the phone wif Tprice and got the same message...whew!!!! Da' brown dog was just testing the waters(no pun) to make sure that everyone still loved him and was behind him on his march to a CH. One more pass and on to the big show!!

intestial hemmoraging... no clue as to what and why... might be bacterial, might be viral, might be too much mexican food? heck, they dont know, but Im glad i can finally crack a joke about it. It totally took the wind outta my sails to even think about training yesterday... I wanted my big goofy choclate boy out there with me. Thanks again everyone. This site is graced by a lot of wonderfull people. The official title for what he probably had is hemmoragic gastroenteritis. It is a group title given to various various ailments of the stomach/intestines. As of now there is no known cause for it. It could be bacterial, virial, food allergies, and even hyperactivity. It primarilly seems to affect certain toy breeds, but no breed is immune to it. The key to saving your dogs life is early detection, as dehydration from vommitting and diarrea allows shock to set in and bad bacteria already present in the gut to be absorbed into the dogs system and that often spells disaster.
