Fraud is when you claim something happened when it didn't to gain something out of. The receipient gained nothing except a headache.

Mud hog, you'll have to ask the inspector general.Hewas not out of town he was home and refused to accept it.Was it fraud maybe not,but it was not honest, then to avoid my pm's for several days.

I was not home the 1st day, the 2nd day I was in the garage when he pulled up. Did not attempt anything just put another letter in my box telling me I had to pick it up and sign for it at the PO or if not they would send it back to the shipper. Thats what they did. Now if I went and got it then cashed it, yes that would be fraud. But I didnt even see what it looked like or anything. Thats why I was cunfussed when he said the "inspector told him to file charges and they will come to my house and arrest me"?? what the heck is that? over 17.50? Get a life buddy..
Dont you think they have more to deal with then someone not excepting a package? I would have laughed at him if I was in that position and someone called me about that.

Also I went out of town to Pontotoc, MS and did not have service on the internet on our farm. I told you that as soon as I was able to reply back.

Really, you told me you were home the first day,are you forgetting which lie you told???I don't know what the po has time to deal with nor do I care. You caused me to lose money on shipping the whole time you knew the jacket was gone. You told me nobody else put up money and to send it.And now you start bashing me like a brat baby trying to beat me to the punch. The last pm I sent you I said if you realy think you did nothing wrong I would leave you alone.Instead you show your true character w/ this crap.I fyou want to continue to look like an idiot then keep going,I'm sure your providing good intertainment for somefolks.I will not be a part of it from here on out.Have a blessed night. No really I mean it. :D
