I did walk in and Chris does have the store looking very nice. It's a lot more open than when Jeff had it.. And yes the employees were greeting the customer's, but I want to see how customer service is in a year... The prices were still a little high... I understand everybody has to make money, but some things were too steep for my taste... but overall was impressed with the new layout of the store.

Went to Mean Mallard yesterday and Chris and his guys have done a wonderful job rearranging the store. I knew of Chris from going to the Bandits games, but had never met him. He came by and talked with me about the RNT products he has coming in and everyone there asked me if I needed any help. This store will have my business unless something really bad happens. Also met Hayden/Webfoot....really great guy!

While this is true,it is a major understatement.Not only has he remodeled,but he has also restaffed with a crew of slightly older guys who have a sense of what customer service is all about.It's like going into a totally different store,and if Chris tells you he'll do something,he will.

Guys,this is the kind of store we really need.Please give them your support and business.It will be worth it ten-fold in the long run!

I do have one complaint though.I was in there several hours,and nobody offerd me any of the coffee they're supposed to have now. :lol:
