It say's all waters in America! It's on the board here somewhere can't remember where. Also that entire ditch is soley in the state of Louisiana and the ground under it is soley owned by Tara Wildlife! I think they swing a bigger stick than I can!

Like I said I hope it don't come to this but I think somebody somewhere knows something. Everybody that know's or should know is being very tightlipped about this whole deal! Just seems mighty funny that the ruling came down and all of a suden all this land started being bought up down there by the same people all about the same time!
