Anybody know what that sauce is that they serve with the steaks at Beechwood in Vicksburg? That is some mighty fine stuff and someone told me it was Hoover Sauce.

How much is this stuff? I hate to pay $30 gallon plus shipping for something I've never tried.

lil under $30 a gallon plus shipping, or they have quarts for a lil under $7 plus shipping......or if you're on the north side of yazoo city for anything, go on up to louise and talk to mr hoover while you're in the store down on main street - not hard to figure out which one it is.

p.s.-you'll like it

I got some Hoover sauce the other day, and I'm sure I'll get flamed for saying this, but that stuff at Beechwood has it beat any day. No doubt Hoover is good, but you could dip a turd in that Beechwood sauce and it would still taste good..,

I'll be headed down to Jackson, MS in a few weeks. Where's a good place to stop and pickup some Hoover Sauce that would be easy to find?

There's a place in Madison (Simply Spaces) that has it in qt jars, but it's like $11, witch is high. There are other places in the Metro area that carry it & might have a better price. If you can't find out the other places, let me know & I'll direct you to SS. You can also have it shipped from Mr. Hoover Lee himself.

cooked some chicken drumlets with it the other night and it was awesome. That was my first experience with the famous Hoover Sauce. Thanks again for picking me up some.
