Grisanti's - Best Italian in Memphis
Soul Fish (Cooper Young Area) - Great catfish & Cuban sandwich
Folks - great steak
Blue Fish - seafood is excellent
McEwan's - good steak/seafood & wine
Felicia Suzanne's - southern menu gone New York/ very $$$$, but incredible food. Fried oysters and cheese grits are fine. Good wine and scotch.

Houston's on Poplar used to have a great salad and the pork loin was my favorite. Is it still open?
