Crackhead, the name of the bar is either Pee Wee's Dry Dock (formerly Redneck's) or Honky's. I tried to hunt the Skuna timber three years ago and had two guys tell me I was on private land. What's the story. The map shows that some of the green timber reservoir is on the corp.

You know what they say Don, the best offense is a good defense. If someone said I was on private land I would tuck tail and run too!!

i only went to rednecks once.. i was wearin a polo shirt and had some fool spill somkinds damn hunch punch concoction all over my new shirt.. just bought it from trusty's down on the square .. paid like $75.oo for the dam shirt..
it wasn't the fact that the biatch spilt this red concoction on me shirt that bothered me.. it was the fact that she was so chit hammered that she cussed me out for bumping into her.. while it was she that ran into me...
i told her to simmer down that it was just a shirt..
she thought i said she was a flirt..
she told her boyfriend bruce that i was a flirt'n with her... he was so anenberaited that he immediatly wanted to fight me... i thought we had everything under control until bruce busted a 16oz over the top of me dome.. 16 oz = 12 stiches..
and i ain't been back to rednecks since..

Seymore, I can't say that I blame you for not wanting to tell me about those spots. We used to hunt more towards Torrence and Bryant. I assume the spots you are talking about are back up the river towards Bruce where the river enters the boundaries of the lake basin. I have also hunted in a flooded field off of the highway between C'ville and Bruce several times. The field backs up to the Skuna. I have had some good hunts at both places and killed some ducks that I haven't killed in the Delta like canvasbacks and redheads. One of the most beautiful hunts I have ever been on was during an ice storm in the early 90s. Snow was falling while the sun was rising. It looked like diamonds falling from the sky against that sun.
For me it was never like Delta hunting, but obviously for ya'll it is better. It looks like ya'll are hunting in the Cache River Bottom or something.
