Pretty much any claim to an officer of domestic violence gets you arrested. i am sorry not all the dots connect in Tunsils favor. As stated before by someone there are 3 sides to every story. Also I agree that everyone is cheating just the nature of the game right now but Ole Miss fans have been over the top defensive that they run a clean program. I think that is why so many people are interested in this.
Joe, the guy has history of spousal abuse...Tunsil has a history of being a good kid and very close to his mother. The mother testified under oath to the story, as well as 3-4 other witnesses that will be called next week. Courts threw out the restraining order...just cause you don't like Ole Miss and you want a star player to be in trouble doesn't mean this incident didn't happen. Look into it...the guy looks terrible and has a history and he got what he deserves. Now, what else comes out of this in terms of NCAA is whatever...but the guy is scum and Tunsil had every right to beat his ass!

Would not doubt that he may be a scum bag but just remember that scum bag was an integral part of the recruitment process. Yeah the guy got charged with domestic violence before but supposedly was dropped when it found out the woman was lying. I still find it odd that she did not tell the police from the beginning that she was attacked by him. You have to admit that part is odd. I also don't think anything will come out of this situation. I don't think Miller has any real proof of any wrong doings. If he did he would have sold the story to someone by now. NCAA will not be able to find anything on their own as booster, everywhere not just ole miss, have this down to an art form now and it takes someone inside to bring it down.

Did not know until all of this came out that Tunsil's brother, who had zero D1 scholarship offers, was given a football scholarship and is on the team. Not against NCAA rules and Ole Miss is not the first school to do this but I was a little surprised that Freeze did it.

There is also a well documented story of him getting physical with both Laremy and the mom in 2003 b/c he wasn't invited to dinner with some football people after the US Army All-American game that was also corroburated multiple time but no law was called...that I don't have a public link to those reportings...

I don't doubt ANY of the NCAA stuff, I don't know if anything will be found and I don't blame any of your rival fans for hoping Laremy and Ole Miss are caught in that part and punished so you can win more and ole miss can lose more...What I do however find odd, is that only rival fans (at least you and Stang) can't seem to read up on the story and look past your rival bias and see what really happened here and the irrelevance of whether the guy is right or wrong in these NCAA allegations...he's a worthless piece of $#!+ that deserve to have his butt whooped for a lot of reasons and all of it despite any football recruiting or agent wrong doings...Laremy, until proven otherwise, has been a good kid and deserves the benefit of doubt on defending his mother and all that is coming out and waves and in court on Friday...

I was also add, until you've been in a violent household, you can't assume how anyone would/should act... (not that I have been either, but i know it's not so simple)

Not claiming to be an expert, but I was hoping you'd mention this exact article because it only serves to somewhat invalidate your point. IOW, if dropped charges mean you're scum, then what does that make LT?

My unbiased opinions: Miller is indeed scum, making some points in the preceding paragraph moot. Miller is not a wife beater, or he wasn't in this instance (if he was, why did LT leave the scene with him still at the house with his mom?). Miller is on the take and pissed cuz he was cut out of a deal. Miller does know about recruiting improprieties. Miller's credibility will let UOM keep skating by. You and I seem to be pretty close to agreement.

Last for my point is that from the beginning Ole Miss supporters were all positive that Tunsil was just defending his mom even when the initial facts did not support that. My other point is that the NCAA enforcement is a joke. That is not a shot at Ole Miss because they are just doing what everyone else is doing to stay on par. That being said there are a lot of Ole Miss fans that are blind to this(yes I know every program has them) and think that they got these recruits just because of Freeze. Freeze does seem to be a good recruiter but these days it takes more than that.

Invalidate what??? you are ridiculous...absolutely fanboy irrationally ridiculous...if you are charged with domestic violence, you have a past...if all this comes out now and is in relation to those past accusations, you have a pattern and you are what you are. My point is clear... Carry on with your stupidity Stang...

Clearly I'm missing something. It seems that, from the article you posted, LT and Miller have both been charged with domestic abuse of some type and had those charges dropped/dismissed. No?
