Is it to late in the off season to hire a head coach? I see them promoting a coordinator and take their time finding a head coach. Kinda like Ohio State.

Malzahn flew there to talk to the AD last Friday. I look for him to leave ark state and take the job.

The only thing more shocking now would be for Petrino to go to the locker room and accept responsibility before his players and asst. coaches.

So bad, in fact, that I want to offer my sincere, heart-felt apology to any Arkansas lurkers who may be reading this board, but are too embarassed to speak up. And as a show of good faith, and in order to help cheer you up in your hours of despair, I offer up the following ---enjoy:
Dancing Pigs (now who from Arkansas couldn't break a smile upon seeing dancing pigs?):

Pomonk your starting to sound like some other folks we know. Don't think ark or ole miss have much to talk about in football yet. Your ark transplant friend

To the Bayou Beagle, what can I say, karma's a biatch.

This stuff is too funny --- you can't even make up material this bizarre and funny. It matters not what the Rebels are doing or not doing ---this ain't about the Rebels (we've had our share of follies lately and endured the ridicule --- a lot of it from Hog fans --- with more on the way, I'm certain ---we're just in the calm before the storm right now).
Drakeshead, those dancing pigs look a lot better than mine. Making me hungry.
The LSU farks are hilarious. Thanks for sharing Bourbon.
Along with the treefort thread, this may be one of the best/funniest all-time sports threads in DuckSouth history. I'm still laughing too hard to work.
Can't believe that Arkansas fired Bobby P. Wow. Like the motorcycle accident, there has to be more to this story beneath the surface. Its shocking now in college sports for an AD to actually do the right thing ---especially when it involved firing a winning head coach who was popular with the fanbase and who was not already on his way out the door.
I , for one, was hoping that he would be retained, so that this gift from Bobby P could be the gift that keeps on giving.
