I had planned to pay bills with it ... as far as it would go.

I would drive to work in my state truck put on my crisp class a uniform with tie. Pull up to the front door with the blue lights and siren on, get on the hood strip down to my underwear and wait on somebody to pick me up in my new Bentley

I would pay people to write $1 checks for me to the IRS for every dollar of taxes they would get from me just to piss them off. If they take pennies I'm not against that idea either.
