Oh, want to add a little more to it?duramax wrote:That just jumped the "turd-cutter" factor ten fold for that. If I lost a pet b/c this "turd-cutter" wanted to shoot some tame ducks he would have a whole lot more to worry about than a $2,000 fine.Caller1 wrote:unless ther are two 3000 duck guys, one got in major trouble bout two weeks ago for killin some dogs that had gotten a hold of temik put out to kill the predator in his break. If my dog died b/c of this, there would be temik in his duck's feed.teul2 wrote:Oh, want to add a little more to it?duramax wrote:That just jumped the "turd-cutter" factor ten fold for that. There are about 15 - 20 houses with in 1 mile of this break.
So I wonder how many of these were old country pet dogs that people let roam.
You sure about that sir post alot?quackheadbp wrote:My dad uses temik to fertilize pecan trees and It clearly states on the bag that it is VERY deadly to aquatic wildlife. Water makes this stuff come alive and it will kill anything it comes in contact with. If he is putting this out for the dogs and it close to the brake and it rains and washes into the water, then it could kill all his ducks. Would'nt that be ironic.

Well its used in the process of fertilization. He puts it in then puts triple 13 on top, so yes I know its not directly a fertilizer but used whil fertilizing pecan trees.deltadukman wrote:You sure about that sir post alot?quackheadbp wrote:My dad uses temik to fertilize pecan trees and It clearly states on the bag that it is VERY deadly to aquatic wildlife. Temik is a pestacide...nemacide to be exact. It is a poision that is directly injected into the ground for nematodes. It is used around cotton and fruit and citrus tress sometime though. But it is no fertilizer.
